The skin should be even more careful since it is exposed daily to various external aggressions, like pollution, stress, aging and body changes.
There are some cautions that help treat and improve the appearance of our skin and, in the heading of this week, I share with you my skin care to keep it healthy and shiny. I share also a recipe for a facial mask home-cooked, which helps to keep our skin moisturized.
THE KEY TO HAVING A BEAUTIFUL SKIN: MY SKIN CARE
The power supply is the basis for a skin full of health. I speak for myself, when I changed my eating habits I have seen great improvements.
The most important thing is to have a varied diet and nutritious. Foods rich in fiber as well as fruit and vegetables and foods rich in antioxidants that help prevent aging, are a good option.
A good cream is not enough to have a beautiful skin. Drinking water is fundamental. In addition it helps in the elimination of toxins. Opt for water, water flavored or teas.
I would opt always for quality products according to my skin type. There are even brands that already produce cosmetics made on the basis of natural ingredients. Makeup poor quality can cause allergies, and rash.
Remove the makeup before you sleep is also important, I would opt for a good water-casein and a moisturizing cream for those with dry skin, in my specific case.
4. FACIAL MASKS
Of the things I most love to do when I have a little time free are facial masks. There are many ways to prepare our own face mask at home with natural ingredients. I like to use honey, because the nutrients of the honey have a high power of hydration, which is excellent for my skin type.
– Ingredients for facial mask for dry skin –

- 1 tablespoon of flour or oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Let sit for 15 minutes and then wash your face with cold water and apply a moisturizing cream.

Protect the skin from the sun’s rays is extremely important. There are already many sunscreens with color or even foundation and bb cream with sun protection.
6. CLEANING OF THE SKIN
The waste to which we are exposed every day to contaminate the protection layer of our skin, therefore, make a scrub once a week helps in removing dead cells. There are many scrubs of good quality of various brands available in supermarkets, at affordable prices. Always choose one that is suitable to your skin type.
